Why you should try it
Baking tray recipes are always super simple to cook and this recipe is no exception. Just cut, season and mix everything together and that’s it! It tastes wonderful and is also really easy to prepare in larger amounts. Just add a second tray full of deliciousness ;).
Ingredients
- 500 g gnocchi
- 500 g green asparagus
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons herbes de provence
- 1 tablespoon dried chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven. Heat up oven to 230°C (446°F).
- Prepare vegetables. Wash veggies. Finely mince the garlic and cut the asparagus into bite size pieces. Cut off the dry part at the end of the asparagus.
- Mix ingredients. Crumble the feta cheese and mix all ingredients together on a baking tray laid out with baking paper. Add some salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the gnocchi and veggies have turned soft. Enjoy!
