Hi!
My name is Frederik and I’m from Germany. I like to exercise (Calisthenics and Basketball) and eat healthy. Cooking has always been a hobby of mine, although I think time spent in the kitchen must remain reasonable. Daily cooking is very useful and a healthy habit that I believe everyone should stick to. Let me help you do it!
MY MOTIVATION

I don’t understand why so many recipes out there assume that you are willing to spend 40 minutes of your time to end up with a cauliflower and some carrots that are seasoned well. Yes, they might be tasty, but also I’m hungry and don’t want to cook every three hours! Vegetarian food is many times seen as “light food” and judging by the amount of low calories recipes out there, it is rightfully so. However, many of us do not wish to lose weight by eating vegetarian but instead want to be full throughout the day. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ve come to the right place!

Being veggie is a favorable way to counteract on the environmental issues as well as ethical matters when it comes to eating meat. I don’t judge people who eat meat. Most of us probably grew up eating meat so the transition to a meatless lifestyle might seem challenging at first. However, I believe that many people are simply short of ideas when it comes to filling meat alternatives. By providing ideas and recipes, I’d like to decrease the amount of meat that is consumed every day.
